Learn what matters. Decide where AI fits. Run it safely. Improve it over time. Magnetta works alongside your leaders, employees, process owners, quality team, and IT or managed-service provider.
Three ways to begin
Choose the path that matches your needs now. Learn independently, bring an unresolved company decision to AI Direction, or add ongoing support for approved AI tools and workflows. Each option can stand alone.
Implementation comes later, and only when a real workflow has an owner, permitted information, a human decision boundary, a current baseline, and evidence that changing it is worthwhile.

Review AI DirectionUse recurring fractional AI leadership to support approved tools and workflows alongside management, quality, and IT or MSP.
Review Managed AIManaged AI, not managed IT
Managed IT keeps assigned technology infrastructure and support operating. Managed AI helps the organization decide where AI belongs, establish boundaries, evaluate its work, support approved use, maintain AI-specific operating records, and improve bounded workflows over time.
Magnetta complements rather than replaces your internal IT lead or MSP. A written scope defines the exact responsibilities for each engagement; Magnetta does not take control of customer systems or decisions by implication.
Who owns what
The right owner remains accountable even when AI assists the work.
Owns contracted AI education, analysis, workflow design, evaluation, adoption support, operating records, and agreed monitoring.
Owns objectives, policy, employee conduct, vendor approval, risk acceptance, funding, and business or production decisions.
Owns assigned identity, devices, networks, backups, tenant administration, cybersecurity controls, and general support.
Quality, engineering, legal, HR, security, and other authorized functions retain their delegated decisions.
One operating method
Magnetta begins with the current workflow and the decision it is meant to improve—not a preferred product. The method retains a stop decision throughout: education, a process correction, an approved existing tool, another provider, or no AI may be the right result.
Bounded implementation is available downstream when the problem, owner, information boundary, human authority, operating measure, and smallest adequate technology layer are clear enough to evaluate.
Name the work, owner, source, friction, consequence, permitted information, human decision, and current measure.
Prefer the smallest adequate layer, test representative cases, preserve exceptions, and keep a named person able to reject the output.
Support approved use, record issues and changes, compare performance, and correct, pause, retire, or avoid the workflow when evidence requires it.

Boundary: Authentication enables a connection; it does not authorize every source, record, or action.
See the approach in practice
Qualification Compiler shows how a source-transfer qualification workspace can keep requirements, evidence, gaps, reviewer dispositions, and unresolved questions visible in one decision state.
We built the demonstration with fictional manufacturing data so you can evaluate the application and our approach without mistaking it for a customer result. People still make every qualification and production decision.

Explore the case studyWho we serve
Magnetta's strongest initial fit is generally a manufacturer with roughly 20–500 employees—especially below 250—that lacks a dedicated AI function, has an internal IT lead or MSP, and wants a practical decision rather than an enterprise transformation program.
Connecticut is the primary direct-service market, with deeper attention to aerospace and other evidence-heavy work. The method can apply elsewhere when the workflow, owners, information boundary, and required specialist authority are a credible fit.
Leadership can name a business problem, a process owner, and the people who own IT, quality, security, or another relevant authority—even if the right AI answer is still unclear.
The work may not be ready when there is no accountable owner, no permitted source, no way to evaluate the result, or a need for industrial controls, regulated validation, or general IT support outside Magnetta's role.
